| Couple things. Fencing outfits are playing a sellers market. The builders in this area take great pride in their art. I am not aware of anyone here that would put their name on restringing wire on existing posts. . Its all new or nothing. Marking up material is part of staying in business to cover overhead. Your quandary reminds me of the sign on the mechanics wall that the price of work increases if the customer watches or helps. I hope you can find a solution.
