We purchased 40 acres from an uncle and with it came 560 acres to rent. The 40 acres included a split level home that I hated to buy because of the cost
This was in 1980. Looking back it was wonderful to have room for everyone to get away from each other if needed. The three kids each had their own room. Yeah. It cost a lot but the cost was worth it, Looking back.
