North West IA/western AZ | All our bedrooms were upstairs when I was 47 and we decided to build on. We added 18' X 22' on the main floor with a full basement (unfinished). Most of the space was for our "on suite" with a 10'x 8' utility room and another bathroom for guests. Our thoughts were to get a ground floor bedroom we could grow old in and have a nice space. Our upstairs bedroom became toy room and we now are very grateful to not have to climb stairs in the middle of the night. | |
