| Sheet:External Links will get you started. Must remember to hit enter after entering or pasting web address. I have attached a spreadsheet with a external link to show two possibilities. Also attached are screenshots of relevant dialog boxes, may or may not be in order. I usually pull link into a separate sheet or file and then retrieve data using a lookup function. Into the weeds here and above my knowledge, but many websites seem to be using javascript to produce tables and I am unable to retrieve information. Calc requires a named range in the link. Sometimes it is easier to copy and paste. Attached spreadsheet shows both methods.
