It's nearly impossible to eat out if you are trying to avoid seed oils and carbs.

Nearly every place, except Buffalo Wild Wings, fills the fryer with soybean oil.

If a person has avoided fast food and regular sit down places (which get nearly all food from the same delivery trucks) for a month or two, when you return, the food tastes really bad. When eating fast food every day, a person gets used to how horrible it all is!!!

For the price of a burger meal deal at any drive through, I can eat at least a pound of roast or steak at home.
