coast of Maine | I am one whom knows how the Americanized Chinese Food places work.Usually one guy controls many dozens of these mills.The absolute main ingredient is just simple regular cabbage and rice.The brown rice is colored white,the crunchy things are likely cabbage cores.Here they buy from their own purveyors and for the most part it is really horrible ingredients.They are darn cheap on expenditures.MSG on dirt actually tastes good.
There are decent Asian restaurants but very rare here.Just so you know thats all.I used to supply a purveyor for 85 fronts,all controled by one. Delivery drivers whom walked in all their kitchens would only eat at one Asian place not owned by the cartel,,,whoa baby,,,hehhehe | |
