I wouldn't pay extra for active air over the set it and forget it air. Active is so slow to make changes since it's a compressor or relief valve making adjustments by the time it gets to the right pressure you've already moved out of the conditions it sensed that it made the change for and it's always chasing its tail. 

If you want something to change based on the conditions get IRHD and it will work well since you've got rows behind tractor tracks no matter the field conditions. If you don't want something to change based on conditions just get regular pneumatic.
