Mark, if I’m blue and turning, and yellow doesn’t yield (wait) and is trying to turn at the same time, Even if I am headed toward right lane, I will be hitting the brakes and torqued at yellow car. Left turn must yield to oncoming traffic. Period. If I’m yellow, as far as I am concerned, blue IS oncoming traffic until they have committed to their turn. No matter what their turn signal says. | |
