s nd | Wonder if this is the case. You can go across all lanes if you are trying to do a U-turn at left turn lane, but not if you are turning left at next intersection. Folks just turn sloppily in many cases. Sitting in right turn lane in fargo a few years ago and opposing traffic has a double left turn on to three lanes. I make my right turn and about get run over as left turn traffic comes over to the third lane. Got me wondering if I was in the wrong and there was only two lanes. There was three.
On my drivers test back in 73 or so in nd, I think I missed you could turn from the left lane across the right lane if there was clear traffic.
