Just make sure everything you eat has just one name in its description. The more names it has the worse it gets. Tuna=good, tuna noodle casserole-not so good. If you keep your descriptions basic on anything you will eat pretty well. Very hard to do in our modern world but the basic philosophy does apply. Keep it simple.

This is entertaining:

What is so much worse about tuna noodle casserole? Noodles made from wheat something natural. The cream of mushroom soup has dairy products and the mushroom chunks so traces of veggies.

Apple pie. Apples= fruit, flour= grain, butter = dairy, water = nothing.
