How often would that happen?
And why would it happen?
A fetus that was within a couple days of birth would be viable with no or very minimal medical care with a C section if needed.

Late term abortions are for cases where the fetus has already died or the mother's life is endangered but an abortion of a late term fetus would be more risky to the mother than a C section
So late term abortions are medical procedures to save the life of the woman, what other reason would there be?
And that is why denying all abortions has cost the lives of woman where that damaging law is in effect.

9 out of 10 are carried out in the embryo stage.
The 10% that have reached the fetus stage are high % of fetal abnormalities or risk to the woman's life

Ok, now we are getting somewhere, you have more or less admitted that there should be a limit.....Oh, a case where the fetus has already died would not be an abortion (in the sense it is being debated today)

How do you feel about the 15-week or heartbeat bans?
