The problem lies in the fact the peoples will is not equally balanced amongst the states. One senator in Wyoming represents 290,000 people. One senator in California represents 19,000,000. Why should the will of 1 person in Wyoming mean more than 65 California people
Thats the way the founding fathers set it up. Senators represent the state. 2 per state. Representatives represent the people. |
