Strange that you think it takes a belief to accept what science shows to be true and then you will say some magic being producing everything from nothing is the absolute answer and with no proof or evidence that any of the magic beings actually exist.
Forget the chaos story.
Evolution is powered by the most successful in reproducing driving the improvement in the living being and so correcting for any 'chaos' that might exist.
