Hooker Twp,Ne | Guessing the lake was built and the property in question was bought from the owner of land,that you now own. There was probably some sort of agreement at that time. When your dad bought the land that agreement may have gone along in the deed. Usda more then likely checked that all out when it went into crp. Guessing the commissioner is just going by some hearsay and hasn’t checked anything out. Someone just trying to stir a pot. | |
