SC WI | After further thought, getting it boundary surveyed will probably resolve issue right away. If survey shows you own to the water the county can pound sand. If it does not, that’s when I would get a lawyer, there is a case for adverse possession, but will be tough fought, also if you loose adverse possession suit, I would imagine you would have to pay back CRP payments and more.
Survey will answer a lot of unknowns right away. | |
