Has there been any paperwork sent to you about this after commissioner mentioned it? Was this the reason you were at meeting? I’d keep quiet and keep doing as you have been until you receive written notice. (If you ever do) Sound like it’s been going on for years and a good attorney should be able to help you through at that time.
