ottertail co mn | Get a lawyer, from my understanding of the law you own the property as you have used it with out being told that you can’t use it.
Have you ever got a letter that they own the property and says you can continue to use it even though they own it
Obviously theUSDA thinks you own it, I am guessing you had to bring in a deed for ownership change for farm programs. Generally they look over the deed to make sure acres look right.

I don’t think I would worry to much about about scheming and devising or fraud on the usda side of things being they think you own it and you think they own it.
