Texas
Dutch, I am running the Schlagels on my no till ground with cover crops. They are the most forgiving closing system for west Texas. My dryland/conventional till planter has press wheels and drags. In my tighter ground the drags cannot get enough covering dirt. I used to run a case/IH 900 planter with a press wheel and disc closing system. I was always afraid of baking but always got a stand. The sclagels are the cats meow.
