I thought your supreme court just ruled that the states can not make decisions about things like guns.
That everyone is allowed to carry guns everywhere even if states rule against it.
That's basically correct, the constitution has a section called the bill of rights or amendments, the second one is the right to bear arms. There is no abortion right or abortion amendment. Roe v Wade was based on a right to privacy, that is not specified in the constitution, but more created to justify the opinion. |
