Amherst WI | People act like $15K land is all that's available anywhere.
Seeing little opportunity where I grew up, I moved nearly 20 years ago and set up shop here. Didn't but much for land till 6 years ago but made another purchase last fall for less than half of $15K, the purchase before that was $3600/ac and it cash flows, where does that happen?
It was better to move to where the bar was lower and easier to get over than it was to sit there acquiring nothing. | |
