After a statement like that I wonder if you have done either. Hogs have made a lot of down payments and mortgage payments. Around the time you were talking about I had all the land the bank would allow me to buy but I go to another lender and get a loan to build a couple of big hog barns. From the time my kids were old enough to talk they were involved in conversations about purchases and plans.
