West Michigan
I think there are many ways to teach a kid responsibility without having them drive equipment. I am not against kids working on the farm. Not sure where you got this from. And because I think it is wrong to have young kids run equipment I am the one who is a bad parent??? And I don't teach my kids anything because I don't let them run equipment. I have yet to see one good point made why kids should run farm equipment. There have been lots of people trying to compare it to other things that are not the same because they can not come up with a good reason why. Skiing, riding dirt bikes, driving go-karts, and backing over kids in driveways. These are not the same as a kid running equipment. There are many other ways to teach a kid responsibility with out driving a tractor.
