Well I am no MD. But even you plowboy should know that a 5-6 year old a child doesn't have the mental capacity to react to an accident like an adults fully developed mind. Is this not common knowledge??? Aparently not!!! Your brain is still developing at the 5-6 year old age. I would agree that there are some adults that didn't devolop the brain to run equipment as well. If we use your line of thinking we should let children drive at 5 years old. I would say there is good reason why you have to be 16 to drive.
