Seriously, all this talk about this being unacceptable or that being unacceptable and having to do this and having to do that (much of it read here) kept me from wanting to use crop insurance for some years.  After using it now for a number of years, I have most definitely not found all the claims of unreasonableness to be accurate.  My records are good, but I'm certainly never going to claim they are perfect, and I have had no problem with claims nor am I anticipating any problem with the review underway now.    Every bushel of every one of those years was weighed on our scale and recorded by us.  I have no reason to expect our weights to be any less accurate then anyone else's using comparable equipment.  While our scale is a 1% instead of a .5%, the errors due to that should be reasonably self-canceling.  So far, the years we have completed all looked good.
