The bin measurement is a real easy one to fudge, how do they know the bin was empty when you started? Or I suppose if you wanted to short the crop that there isn't a hopper in the ground under the bin, I know this would be a lot of work, but with the right cement on the outside it would not be noticeable if the bin was full. I would think the best check would be to compare yields with neighbouring farms.
