I see in Messicks parts catologue that the parts you need are readily available for about 100 bucks if you wanted to buy new.
I could also poke around this afternoon. I ~think~ I have one of those tubes for a 4 cylinder engine. I'll see if it's here, and then check the part numbers against what yours should be to see if they're the same if you want, and then double check the size to be sure...
