If you are going to mount a box on a semi tractor, make sure it is on one with spring susp. I know of a neighbor with one with airbags, and it is a challenge driving, and unstable
with the hoist in the air. Look for one with a small block engine, to save weight. You need a third axle in order to get any legal load capacity. Then go with around a 22ft. box
to get the right combo.
