Bulls***.
I've got a 9400 with a single frame. Works fine. This one at least has a reasonable deep frame. A double frame would be nice, and it would be stronger, but this is enough. The only real consideration is that the tractor is fairly heavy with a big bore engine in the front... and a setback front axle, so you ~need~ a 20K front axle to actually carry anything. I know that mine with a steel deck scales out somewhere around 10.5-11K on the front with NO load. Everything is loaded on the drivers. If you have any size bunk at all, you'll have the same problem. This one is on 217" wheelbase... I think a 9200 will be a touch less.
Just find a 20K front axle with springs and slide it under if you're concerned. I probably will someday... until then I take pains to avoid the law.
Beyond that it works fine for me. I just load the drivers heavy. You should also have 40K drivers under yours now which are heavy enough to scale fully in any jurisdiction around here.

Now, if you have hired help 'driving' it, then that could be another story...
