Which seminar were you at? Sheldon by chance?
Gnadke has some good insights, but IMO, much of what he says is common sense. The rest is his opinion that he does not back up with science. He's still worth listening to, but I would be cautious doing everything he says. Like every consultant, the prosperous ones do best at sales, not delivering.
