We've got a nice 2600 SF Fleetwood, here in Florida. We love it. It is nice and roomy. Some of our neighbors built a new "site built" home down the road from us. I would not want to be close to 50 and owe $210,000 on a 30 year mortgage, with $2K a month house payments.
