My house is on the more expensive side of the market but I still got 1400 sq ft put on a crawl space foundation for less than $100,000. Insulation, plumbing and electrical are first rate with perhaps the only drawback being the faucets. The carpet is a little cheap but the rest of the flooring is good. I'm very pleased with it.
