East Kansas, DeSoto | First off I would shoot the grade and find if bottom level of the basement is lower than full level of pond. If pond level higher than bottom level of basement your ditching may not help. I have solved many problem with bentonite but I doubt if applying to pond will do any good. If it is surface water around the home using bentonite around it has worked for me. Elevation of the surface of the water related to home is your first issue to consider. Gifford | |
