central - east central Minnesota - | As posted, more info could help with suggestions. Something that comes to mind is the grade around the home and are there gutters on the home to direct rainfall ? Is there good grade away from the house? Has the house settled around the basement block? What type of soil? As someone else has posted, could the leads from the house to the pond a source ? Could it be possible the rainwater is causeing the problem due to settleing and slope into the basement?
