When I ran 1480s, I dropped the right side at 2306 hours on the 1980 model. Just got it repaired, dropped the left side a day and a half later. Left side did mega damage even compared to yours. When the right side dropped on my 1981 machine at 2345 hours, the left got replaced before the machine thrashed another bushel.
