Yes, this has been my observation. The Ag Leader folks think that I don't have a decent full range calibration in place.

That would make sense in that if I take half the rows at the same ground speed and actual yield, the grain flow should be half. If the system is not calibrated properly for that flow range then the yield would be incorrect.

However, I feel I have done a full range calibration with the YM2000 and the PF3000 I used in the past and also the Insight that I use now. I have observed this with these three different monitors on three differenct combines.
