Having just done the WAAS to XP conversion myself I can tell you for a fact it is $3000 for the antenna and $800 for the subscription. XP/HP uses the same antenna just a different subscription price. It is no big deal to do but you will need the unlock passcode for the antenna that comes from Trimble.
