Martinsville, Ohio | I worked on this all winter. We finally pryed out two bids from 5 companies. The one I would choose bid $43,000. I am 58 and the pay out is not good for us. That was two areas and a whole lot of plumbing and duct work. This house does not lend itself well to upgrading with all walls the width of 4 bricks, a tiny, wet brick cellar and tight crawl spaces. Our bills are not that bad but it is a lot of work.
Make sure you find a reputable outfit. I heard a lot of promises and the good ones were honest. New technology around here I would say...
