West Central MN | In my county we can outlet into a road ditch as long as we get a permit and are responsible for replanting grass on any disturbed surfaces and weed control until the grass becomes established.
Township road ditches nobody seems to care.
In Minnesota we can also outlet into State and US highway road ditches. We have to get a permit, pay a $500 deposit, and follow a few simple guidelines they have. Once you have completed the project to their satisfaction, you will get the deposit back. | |
