I stand corrected.  In the traditional sense k is more water soluble than P.  My thinking was from more recent water quality studies where they found water from tile lines under soils fertilized with livestock manure were high in P. The conclusions of those tests were that P when attached to organic material is highly soluble and therefore mobile.
