I think we have decided on GS, mainly because we have a couple guys at our local dealer who are getting the training for support. We have really liked the AL stuff in the past, but since we are all green (except one Cat) we like the plug-and-play concept pf GS. Also the Extend feature.
I agree with you that the RTK-Extend is an outstanding feature, I wish Trimble offered it. When looking at the plug-and-play, one thing to keep in mind is that a Trimble and AutoFarm can utilize the factory installed John Deere control valve. |
