i will be the odd ball out here in saying that i don't like the z tags.. i thought all flex retained better than the z's. i don't have many head though, and still remember the orginal tag number on most the cows when intially tagged 10 yrs ago.. i see a 245, and still call her #11. just my hobby i think..
