Just ask some of the guys from SC Kansas and NC OK this year. I guess I've always assumed that there was probably too much risk of a lot of rain come harvest time ruining there crop. A few years ago in my area we had a very wet summer (for us anyway). Made for fabulous row crops but ruined the wheat!
