| I understand the guys in Tennessee are going through a very rough time as many did not get much rain. Here in southern Indiana it's been a very hot and dry 3 weeks. Usually we get at least 30 bpa. on dc beans. Some years it's been as high as 45. I'm guessing the drought in Tennessee is why you are questioning planting dc beans on dryland.
If nothing else you always get a little N for a cheap price. In the past my family has saved conventional beans and had some cleaned and used those as cheap dc seed. Just sprayed some roundup before the beans grew. | |
