Exactly, nothing wrong with doing the work with your dad but what happens when dad want to quit and sell you the farm. The biggest problem I see from the producer who stays small and doesn't modernize is the younger generation has to do some major modernization or they are not able to purchase the farm from their parents because of insufficient cash flow.
