that is the starting wage. If they are good within a month they are making significantly more along with other benefits if they are doing the job and I can count on them. I let them know that up front as well, that if they can do this job, that they will be making more quuickly. If they can't be bothered to show up to start for that, they aren't worth the bother to deal with. Also I don't care what their education is or background or age. Here, $ 15.00/hr for a 16 year old is big money.
