We've had better luck with "Mexican" Mennonites. They are decendants of Canadian Mennonites that moved to Mexico 2 generations ago. It is easy for them to become Canadian citizens and they really like milking. Sunday's can be tricky, but they are good guys. Still have local regular guys for feeding and fieldwork.
