I had my own dairy for 15 years, sold and bought a grain farm. really enjoyed milking cows but sure wouldn't do it for someone else. $15/hour thats nothing, pay more than that for people to drive a tractor and bonus on top. Ask your self wat would you want to get paid if you did this for someone else. Perhaps you wouldn't even want to do it, 4:30 am is early if they're not you're own cows
