Jim. Check your math.
by the oz is very simple. $8 per lb is 50 cents per oz.
Say it takes 4.5 oz to make a 1/4 pounder, works out to mac's cost at $2.25 per burger and they'll sell it for $5 PLUS add on the bun lettuce, tomato etc..
MO. Demand will not slack off some until we're in the $12 per lb range on hamburger.
Choice-select spread very wide!
