N IL | Very informative and purposeful for all that care. We are all in a numbers game. Grandpa always said, "and watch those zeros! You want them in the front when you buy and in the back when you sell! ie: 0.10 vs 10.0 He was born in 1900 and saw land go from 100/ac, to 1000, to 5000. He passed 11-21-94, and missed seeing his grandkids pay 7000 then 10,000 for bare land in the past 6 years. He'd say the zero is on the wrong end, youngin'! | |
