WY, OK | You want all the horns to be tipped and you want to make sure none of them were turned too far, if they are they will grow into the cheek or jaw, we had 1 bull we had to cut the tip off of once because it was getting too close to his face, we sold him before it needed to be done again. You don't want the sharp tips because they could injure another bull or a person a lot easier. You want them turned about like these: One on the right is tipped and I think the one on the left is the one bull we have that wasn't and he may be a problem. I can just about guarantee he knows he has sharp horns and uses them, He is the youngest, smallest most aggressive horned one I have seen and I think it is because of his sharp horns.
